SLIDING FEE SCALE

Mountain Comprehensive Care Center offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program to help ensure affordable access to care. Eligibility for the sliding scale requires proper documentation, including:
  • Proof of income for all household members
  • Driver’s license or valid photo ID  
No one will be denied services due to inability to pay.
