Following are the OPEN/CLOSED statuses for February 4, 2026:


The following Southeast and Southcentral Kentucky Outpatient and other facilities will be CLOSED.

  • Wheelwright Outpatient


The following Central Kentucky Outpatient and other facilities will be CLOSED.

  • Powell Outpatient


The following Central Kentucky Outpatient and other facilities will be 1-HOUR DELAY.

  • Cynthiana Integrated (Outpatient and HomePlace Clinic)


The following Northeast Kentucky facilities will be operating on a 2-HOUR DELAY.

  • Ashland Integrated (Outpatient and HomePlace Clinic)
  • Grayson Integrated (Outpatient and HomePlace Clinic)
  • Louisa Integrated (Outpatient and HomePlace Clinic)
  • Rowan Outpatient
  • Mason Outpatient
  • Fleming Outpatient

Staff and clients are advised to exercise caution if choosing to travel to any facility that is open.
