  • Provides specialized supports and services to individuals residing in nursing facilities who have been identified as having a developmental and/or intellectual disability.
  • Supported Employment
  • IPS Supported Employment is a well-defined approach to help people with mental illness find and keep competitive employment of their choosing, which means that Employment Specialist assist people with mental illness find and keep jobs in the community that anyone can apply for and that pays at least minimum wage. The program assists anyone who expresses a desire to work and who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness, regardless of job readiness factors, substance abuse, symptoms, cognitive impairments, treatment non-adherence, and personal presentation. Employment Specialist ensure that people are offered comprehensive and personalized benefits planning, which includes information about how work may affect their benefits and about work incentives in order to make informed decisions about job starts and changes.
  • Mobile Crisis Stabilization Services
  • A 24 hour, 7 day a week crisis line, providing mobile stabilization services to adults 18 years of age or older who have a developmental and/or intellectual disability and whose maladaptive behavior poses an immediate threat of harm to self or others.
