Mountain’s Developmental Disabilities program is dedicated to providing an integrated system of supports and services which will enable each person to maximize their opportunities to achieve their personal goals and dreams. Available services and supports include Case Management services. Adult Day Training programs, Supported Employment, Mobile Crisis Response, In-Home and Community Supports, Specialized PASRR services, Hart Supported Living program, Supports for Community Living (SCL) Medicaid Waiver program, Adult Foster Care, Michelle P. Medicaid Waiver (MPW) program, and the Consumer Directed Option process for the SCL, MPW and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Medicaid Waivers. |
