  • The Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) provides services to assist individuals with disabilities to receive needed supports in their homes.  Residential services are not available through this waiver.
  • Services available include:  Homemaker, Personal Care, Adult Day Health Care, Adult Day Training, Supported Employment, Attendant Care, Environmental and Minor Home Adaptations, Behavioral supports, Community living, Respite, and  Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies.
  • Services may be obtained from a participating Medicaid provider or through the Consumer Directed Option process.
